Vacation rental homes are becoming a new norm but with that, there are a lot of questions and unknowns. It can be difficult to find the answers that you are looking for especially when booking for a group with many opinions and needs/wants. Besides the fact that you can call or text our company number any day at any time, we put together a blog post to answer those top questions. Here you go!

What is the minimum number of days that I need to book?
Wonderful question! All of our stays have to be 30 days or longer due to a Los Angeles ordinance in place. This restriction is in most of Los Angeles however there are a few pockets here and there that allow short term stays; just not in Brentwood or Miracle Mile. The perk of booking a long term stay is that it is tax free, saving quite a bit of money.

Can I get an in-person tour?
Our team wishes we can offer in-person tours for all the requests we receive, however there are just too much! But don’t fret! Our team has created 3D tours of all our apartments that you can find on our website. Just click on the listing that you are interested in and then click ‘View Virtual Tour’. It will show you around the space and give you an idea whether or not it will work for you (and your group).

Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed (no other pets). We limit it to two dogs per apartment. There is a $250/pet fee per pet per stay. We just ask that your dog is on-leash when on building grounds and that noise is kept to a minimum.

Can I get an early check-in or late check-out?
Absolutely however it does depend on our availability. There is a $100 associated fee.

Can I get in-stay cleaning during my stay?
Yes, it is $45/hour for 3 hours minimum. Please reach out to our team and then we will schedule our housekeepers accordingly.

Is there a required security deposit when booking direct?
Yes. Since all our stays are long-term bookings, we do require a $3000 refundable security deposit. Note that this amount is typically fully returned a week after check-out, dependent on any damages.

Who are the best contacts during my stay at Stay Wildflower?
Sarah Wax our Operations Manager is the best point of contact (sarah@staywildflower.com) for any maintenance or apartment questions. Do you offer any discounts?
Any promotions or discounts will be announced on our social medias. Be sure to follow @staywildflowerla on Instagram and Facebook to stay in the know. Currently we are running a promotion on Airbnb, voiding all cleaning fees.

Is it better to book direct or on a third party site?
It is always better to book direct because you forgo all service fees. This saves you a significant amount of money!
